Downtown Business Alliance's mission is to unite, promote and support downtown Wilmington business. As our membership continues to grow, DBA is committed to playing an active role in attracting people downtown. We host several special events throughout the year including Rims on the River (a vintage car and hot rod show), Downtown Arts and Antiques Walk, the Cape Fear Scarecrow Festival and the Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration.

DBA serves as a voice for downtown merchants. We've been pro-active about weighing in with City Council on issues affecting downtown. We are also developing an overall marketing plan for downtown and working on coordinating various advertising efforts to benefit all of our members at a minimal cost.
